Night Games by T.K. Leigh:
Note
to self: Never agree to play an innocent dice game during a blackout in
Vegas. I should have known it wouldn’t remain innocent, not in the city
of sin.
Night & Day by Bethany Lopez:
One
explosive weekend together nearly ruined them. But, there's no way
Simone and Micah can ignore their chemistry when they're alone in the
dark.
MY REVIEW:
Misunderstanding,
darkness, emotions, all of these can trigger a fight or flight
response. In this story we find a strong-willed female lead who once let
the walls down only to be hurt. The man in question has his reasons but
can he get the her to stand still long enough to hear him out? Micah’s
methods may not be the best, but he is determined to talk to Simone and
get her to understand. This is a sexy book that will demand things from
the characters that they may not be able to do. You will love seeing
what happens in the pages of this one!
Close Encounter by Stephanie St. Klaire:
The
day started with a quick screw, a couple of quirky two-bit cons and
ended with a diabolical serial killer. What do you do when the lights go
out? Run
MY REVIEW:
This
one starts and ends with a BANG! You will not see what is coming even
before the town goes dark. Stephanie sucks you in and keeps you
guessing. This is the first book that starts the Anthology off and it
will keep you reading. It may be short, but you will be hooked on the
characters from the start. Don’t miss one. After it’s over you can check
out her other books that relate to Close Encounter, her Brothers Keeper
Series. Grab them and start emerging yourself now!
Mine by Terri E. Laine:
I
made a promise to stay away from my best friend’s little sister. But
it’s Vegas and that’s one promise I’m probably going to break.

Honeymoon Hideaway by Cary Hart:
What’s
worse than being locked in room with a vibrating bed and your sworn
enemy? Waking up next to him… naked! Did I mention he’s also my boss?
Oops.

The Do-Over by Christi Barth:
The
best way to move on after being dumped? A hot fling. An even better
way? Revenge sex and the chance to turn the tables on the guy who dumped
you...
MY REVIEW:
I
think we can all say there are times we wish we could hit the do-over
button. In this story our couple gets that chance. They are connected,
in love, and think they will be together forever, until…
Ya,
not telling that part, but I will say they are in for a lot of
surprises and some are really great, and others will make you want to
cry. Christi takes us on a different path of surviving a blackout that
is honest, sexy and sweet. Read Do-Over and fall in love with the
revelations that are brought about.
Just Us by J.H. Croix:
Ellie
asks me to promise her one thing. We can’t tell her brother about us.
Small problem though. One night will never be enough.
Dirty Thoughts by C.A. Harms:
He
was the crush I never thought I’d see again. Yet here we were in Vegas,
during a total blackout. I figure why not explore all the
possibilities, or more like let him explore me?
Hard Luck by K.A. Ware:
Ellis
James is my kryptonite, the only person who could drag me back to Vegas
after I promised myself I was done with that life. I'd bleed for her,
I'd die for her, but can I save her?
Becoming His by K.I. Lynn:
When
I slammed into Hollywood heartthrob Reid Gallagher, I never imagined it
would turn into a first date I’d never forget. After all, what happens
in Vegas, stays in Vegas...right?
Going Down by Lisa Shelby:
She’s
the only person I’ve ever loved and I’m the last person she wants to
see. She’d hoped to avoid me as much as possible in Vegas, but when we
get stuck alone in an elevator, not even she can deny that our chemistry
still runs hot.
Blind Faith by Lauren Runow:
I
never expected to be locked out of my room basically naked in a total
blackout. Thinking that would be the biggest shock of my night was my
first mistake.
MY REVIEW:
Blackout
+ Electric door locks = OH CRAP! Lol something you never really think
about until it’s too late is how much electricity plays in your day to
day. This book shows a lot of things one being the door key cards at
hotels. Our poor heroine in a moment of curiosity pops out of her room
and gets locked out. As if this wasn’t bad enough, she’s only in her
robe and the hot guy she wants has to help her. I know what you’re
thinking aww poor her, HA, nope I was thinking sweet! This is gona get
good. Ya I am odd, but it does get even better. But to find out more you
will need to read it yourself> I hate giving spoilers away, but I
will say Lauren did a fantastic job making you truly feel the night and
quiet of a blackout.
Free Bird by Leddy Harper:
She’s a showgirl who wants out of Vegas. He’s a rugby player who wants a bit of company. Can they both get what they want?
